Immigration timeline, January 2025 to October 2026: key events in the US, France, the UK and Europe
This timeline lists the main immigration policy, enforcement, court and unrest events from January 2025 to 19 October 2026, in dated tables for the United States, Somali communities, France, the UK and Europe, and the rest of the world. Each row links to its source and to the page on this site that covers it. Where a source is a secondary summary or the outcome was not found, the row says so.
Dates are the dates reported in the sources. A month alone means the source gave no day. Court cases are described from press and legal summaries, and charges are allegations unless a conviction is stated. Events are listed to show sequence, not cause.

Several US court cases are described from press and legal summaries. For method, see Sources and method, and for the comparison of data on crime and migration see Immigration and crime data.
